THE COAST PATH

I have been in love with the Cornish Coast path for years, It's rugged breezy atmosphere with panoramic views                                 can be surpassed by none. On the 20th February this year we took a walk along to path to Rinsey Head so you                             could get a feel of how beautiful this part of the coastline is.

Remember the route of the path travels right past the door so you could use the bungalow as a stopover place                         (special rates apply on enquiry) if you are doing the entire coast walk which is a popular thing walkers do.

  Start....

from the east end of the beach....

towards Rinsey...

The view to Lesceave beach

on top of Rinsey

Porthleven for lunch?

along the coast from Rinsey

   Rinsey rocks

the small secret beach at Rinsey that the locals go to

Rinsey Gorse moor

And then back home a slightly different route

All in all about a 2 hour walk on a fine day with lots of seats en-route to rest at. I might suggest to you though, that the little beach above does get crowded on mid summer days when the tide comes in.

I think this is an Ideal Picnic walk with a flask of coffee.
