Terms and Conditions
Preface to terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions below had to be instigated by us because people were not using common sense when staying at the property. Fires were left on without fireguards, the water heater was left on, fires were made on the lawn, and some people even went down the bank cliff to the beach ignoring the warning signs. Basically they did not treat our property with the respect it deserved. It is after all our family home that we cannot stay at all the time and love the way it is, clean and basic. We ask that it stays that way. Please do not take personal offence at some of the Terms and Conditions but we must be clear to those who take extreme advantage of our good nature.
