Outside there is a sea facing 3 meter wide terrace running the length of the house with a large table and parasol and chairs to seat 8. Below is a terraced garden with lawn, borders and private parking for 2 cars.

There is also a surf shower to wash off the sand and salt after coming up from the beach. When you arrive at Sea Home you will see the house from the car park with the new Cornish stone cobble wall in full view.

There are 39 steps from the car park to the front door so Sea Home is unsuitable for the infirm or disabled.
